Land has been central to my real estate business since day one. I love being outside, enjoying the countryside, and researching land records to help my clients make informed decisions.

Unfortunately, land clients often receive poor representation. The reason is simple. Most real estate agents don’t have experience buying or selling land, and they don’t know the right questions to ask.

One buyer came to me after nearly losing $800,000 because his previous agent pressured him into writing an offer on a parcel of land that was covered in wetlands!

Every day, I see land listings with no photos and no description. These properties will never sell.

Over the years, I’ve developed a unique strategy for marketing land and rural property listings. My general philosophy is that every listing – from small wooded lots to multi-million dollar estates – should receive the million dollar listing treatment.
